An early drinking style sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir harvested from aromatic clones at our Red Hill Vineyard. Bright and energetic, this wine is a perfect aperitif and generous enough to accompany a host of foods including, prawns and shellfish, smoked salmon, caviar, fried calamari, oysters and brie-style cheeses to name a few.

Help us raise more than $10,000 for the Hunger Project. We will donate $2 from every bottle of Sparkling Rosé between now and the end of February to assist with The Hunger Project’s mission to end hunger and poverty.
|100% Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir. With the intent of producing a wine with tremendous freshness and purity, we’ve utilised the Charmat method to realise this goal. Grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness followed by gentle whole-bunch pressing. The juice is cold settled before racking and then inoculated with DV10 yeast. At the completion of primary fermentation, the base wine then undergoes an additional fermentation in a pressure vessel, generating the fine bead and freshness associated with this style. The wine is bottled and released for immediate drinking.|
