Cancellation policies do vary depending on the type of booking, and full details will always be provided at the time of reservation. As a general guide: Standard Bookings — we kindly ask that any cancellations or decreases in party size are made no less than 24 hours prior to your reservation. No-shows, late cancellations, or last-minute reductions in guest numbers may be subject to a cancellation fee as advised at the time of booking. The Garden Room & Private Dining Room — a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or changes. Please note that any cancellations made within this 48-hour window will result in the deposit being forfeited.
