Sculpture is an integral part of life at Montalto and a highlight of any visit to the estate. Our Sculpture Trail winds its way through the property, our beautiful natural gallery providing diverse settings for the artworks. You will find monumental sculptures sited in open spaces through to more intimate pieces amongst the wetlands and vines.

A seasonal celebration of our estate-grown heirloom produce, alongside the very best locally sourced ingredients from across the Mornington Peninsula.
Specifically designed to share, curated collections of dishes arrive at the table in a series of courses. Each course masterfully highlights the deep connection between our estate gardens (expertly managed by our Produce Manager Julie Bennett), our kitchens and our award-winning wines, inspired by our Culinary Creative Director, Matt Wilkinson.

The Piazza is an outdoor dining experience where you can sit overlooking Wendy’s Garden and likely see chefs picking produce, herbs and flowers for the day’s menus.

Since 2002, we’ve invited guests to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of our estate at a collection of secluded picnic sites – all of which have been specifically chosen for their unique and stunning locations.
Every private picnic begins with a wine tasting in our Cellar Door. Our highly trained, friendly staff will help you select the perfect wine for your picnic, based on your personal preferences and the generous, seasonal set menu showcasing our estate-grown heirloom produce.
