Warmer days are here and we are in peak zucchini season! Our raspberries have also begun to ripen, apricots are ripening too and soon to be picked, followed by our beautiful blood plums. Our bees have been busy over spring and we are collecting full frames of amazing honey from our four hives. In the meantime, we’re harvesting an absolute abundance of our beautiful organic produce every single day!
Our older laying hens have been joined by our new chicks (who are already growing up so fast!). Our newly generated flock are keeping busy cleaning up any fallen fruit in our orchards – turning our heirloom product into the very freshest eggs for our kitchens.

In December, we’re excited to launch a completely new summer menu!
With local snapper in abundance, along with the warmer weather, we’re introducing a lovely crudo of snapper, fermented green chilli & herb salsa and preserved estate-grown mandarin. The delicious combination of warmth from the green chilli, sweetness of the mandarin and the beautiful fresh snapper will be a stunning way to enjoy fresh local fish in a really interesting way.
Whilst often associated with winter, our estate-grown rhubarb will be at its incredible best in summer. We’re poaching our rhubarb in a herbaceous sugar syrup - the rhubarb will still have some lovely texture remaining but will be brought further to life with the beautiful aroma of garden herbs. Paired with white chocolate and estate-grown elderflowers, this will be the dessert of the summer for our guests.

We’ve got a host of beautiful new summer dishes which highlight’s Julie’s amazing estate-grown produce including an incredibly light and refreshing stone fruit, rocket, garden tomato and pecorino salad. For something rich and creamy, try our new traditional zucchini risotto with flavour-packed crunchy pangritata. And it wouldn’t be summer without a few new pizzas on the menu – my favourite is definitely the Norma: artichoke, eggplant, basil, mozzarella & ricotta salata.”

Our dedicated Lawn Bar will be open throughout summer (weather depending), serving drinks and snacks to enjoy on the lush lawn overlooking the vines.
It’s the perfect time of year for stunning summer picnics with family, friends and colleagues. For a very limited time, on weekends throughout December 2023 - January 2024, we can cater for larger groups from 8 - 12 people. This is by request only, and subject to availability.
