For the last two years, we’ve collaborated with one of our local heroes here on the Peninsula - Bass & Flinders Distillery - to create our extremely popular limited edition gin. After selling out Batch One and Two, we’re thrilled to release Batch Three – just in time for summer.. and Christmas!
Distilled in collaboration with Bass & Flinders; raspberry, orange and hibiscus rosella from our home estate create a bright lifted fruit infused gin where the raspberry plays off floral notes aromatically, and citrus tones on the palate create a perfectly refreshing accompaniment.
Montalto is a family-owned estate where produce is grown, shared and celebrated. Bass & Finders is an award-winning distillery located approximately 9km from Montalto. This gin has been handcrafted using Bass & Flinders’ Methode Eau de Vie – the art of distilling wine into spirit – delivering a smoother, fuller, richer flavour.
