A wine boasting fruit, texture and freshness in equal measure. On the nose there’s an abundance of tropical fruit characters blending with a twist of blackcurrant and a hint of slate. The palate is an array of rock melon, gooseberry and passionfruit flavors complemented by a textural mid-palate and fresh acid finish.
A highly aromatic and expressive nose of Turkish delight, lychee, musk and rosewater. On the palate the wine is generous and juicy with classic Pinot Gris fruits of baked pear and apple combining with a savory chicken stock character. A Gris of generosity, flesh and structure.
