Whether you’re gazing at the breathtaking view, or into each other’s eyes, Montalto is the most beautiful place to enjoy a moment out of the ordinary this Valentine’s Day.
On Tuesday 14th February, we invite you to make a reservation to enjoy a very special lunch overlooking the majesty of our sun-kissed estate from either The Restaurant or The Piazza.
An unmissable, multi-course Valentine’s Day set menu. This is limited to Valentine’s Day only, bookings essential.
Here’s what’s on the menu:
Glass NV Gosset Brut Grand Rosé, Champagne
Tempura oyster, shiraz caviar
Tuerong Farm bread, brown butter
Raw and preserved vegetables, our taramasalata
Capocollo, puff pastry, parmesan créme
Witlof, barramundi rillette
Tomato, stracciatella, fig leaf oil
Grilled runner beans, pine nut dressing
Conchiglie, zucchini, anchovy butter
Wood roasted Warialda beef, preserved lemon salsa verde
Skate skewers, macadamia cream, abalone XO
Hawkes Farm potatoes, lemon
Our garden leaves, rhubarb vinaigrette
White chocolate almond cake, grilled peaches, late harvest cream

This outstanding set menu is $150 per person. Please let us know of any dietary requirements or preferences at the time of booking.
If you’re looking for something more casual, we’re taking reservations in The Piazza for groups of 2 – 8 people.
Enjoy an abundant a la carte menu of casual starters, mains, sides and desserts – all matched with our award-winning wines, whilst overlooking our estate gardens, vines and sculptures.
We happily cater to dietary requirements or preferences. Please let us know at the time of booking.
After lunch, order an extra glass (or bottle!) of wine and, hand in hand, explore the Montalto Sculpture Trail. Sculpture is an integral part of life at Montalto and a highlight of any visit to the estate. Our 1km Sculpture Trail winds through our vines, along wooden boardwalks and through the wetlands and affords spectacular views of both the sculptures and the property along the way. Many of our permanent sculptures were winners of the Montalto Sculpture Prize - among the most valuable private sculpture prizes in Australia.
