From Saturday 28th December 2024 through until Saturday 22nd February 2025, our estate transforms into the perfect summer’s evening retreat, offering unforgettable opportunities for summer catch ups with family and friends.
Every Saturday evening, The Restaurant opens its doors for a special Twilight sitting commencing at 5:30 pm. Enjoy an incredible seasonal set menu, meticulously crafted to showcase the very best estate-grown produce and locally sourced ingredients from across the Mornington Peninsula. With limited seating available, we encourage you to secure your reservation early to ensure a truly memorable dining experience.
For a more casual yet equally beautiful evening, join us in The Piazza. From 11:00 am to 7:30 pm every Saturday as our kitchen serves up our iconic pizzas, seasonal shared plates, and award-winning Montalto wines. As the day transitions into night, there's no better place to relax and enjoy the warm summer evenings.

Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Montalto with our exclusive Twilight Picnics. Available every Saturday from 4:30pm, our private picnics offer a peaceful moment out of the ordinary at our picturesque estate. Each picnic includes a hosted wine tasting in our Cellar Door, followed by a breathtaking 3-course set menu at one of our secluded picnic sites. It's an intimate and unique way to experience the estate as the sun sets.
Adding to the excitement of summer on the Peninsula, we're thrilled to host Twilight Jazz at Montalto as part of the Peninsula Summer Music Festival. On Monday 6th January 2025, join us for an evening of classic jazz standards performed by acclaimed artist Tarryn Stokes. Set against the backdrop of our vineyards and sculptures, this event promises an unforgettable night of music under the stars.
Montalto is open 7 days, from 11am to 5pm. Please note that we will be closed on Wednesday 25th December 2024 (Christmas Day), and Thursday 26th December 2024 (Boxing Day).
