At Montalto, pizza isn’t an afterthought – it’s a celebration of authentic Italian craftsmanship. Each pizza is made by our talented Italian pizza chefs, who bring years of experience and passion to the plate. Using a long fermentation process, our dough achieves a light, crisp texture that forms the perfect base for thoughtfully chosen seasonal toppings.
Our pizza menu features both Rosso (tomato-based) and Bianco (white-based) options:
Rosso – With Classic Tomato Sauce
Napoli – A timeless favourite with tomato, mozzarella and basil. Simple. Pure. Perfect. (V)
Capricciosa – A flavour-packed combination of tomato, mozzarella, mushroom, ham, artichoke and olives.
Gardino – A garden lover’s delight with capsicum, eggplant, zucchini, and parmesan. All veggies, all flavour. (V)
Sopressa – Salami brings the spice alongside capsicum, olives, and fresh basil.
Prosciutto – Tomato, prosciutto di Parma and creamy buffalo mozzarella – as delicious as it sounds.
Bianco – Without Tomato Sauce
Salsiccia – Pork sausage, cime di rapa (a slightly bitter Italian green), and mozzarella on a light base – bold and satisfying.
