2. Booking Requirements: Bookings for The Restaurant and The Piazza on Father’s Day must be made in advance. Walk-ins are welcome in The Piazza but subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Set Menus Only: The Restaurant will operate exclusively on set menus ($95 and $130 options) on Sunday 7th September 2025. No à la carte options will be available on the day.
4. Menu Substitutions: All menu items are subject to change due to seasonal availability. Montalto reserves the right to adjust dishes without notice based on produce supply.
5. Dietary Requirements: Dietary requirements can be catered for only if notified at the time of booking. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.
6. Gift Voucher Free Gift Offer (In-store only): Customers who purchase a $100 or greater Montalto gift voucher in person in The Cellar Door between 31st July 2025 and Sunday 7th September 2025 will receive a complimentary gift with purchase. Offer valid while stocks last. Gift must be collected at the time of purchase and cannot be redeemed online or retrospectively applied.
7. Wine Gift Packs: The Father’s Day Wine Gift Packs (“The Fireside Favourite” and “The Grill Companion”) are available online and in-store for a limited time only, while stocks last. No substitutions or modifications permitted. No rainchecks or pre-orders.
8. Voucher Validity: Standard Montalto voucher terms apply. All Montalto vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
9. No Refunds or Exchanges: All Father’s Day bookings, voucher purchases, and wine gift pack sales are final. Refunds, exchanges or partial credits will not be provided for change-of-mind, late cancellation, or non-attendance.
10. Surcharges: A 1.06% surcharge applies to all credit card payments. A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays (if applicable).
