Those lucky enough to secure an overnight stay will wake up amongst the vines in one of two boutique hotel rooms, each designer appointed with high-end finishes, a luxury bathroom, taste of the region minibar & breakfast hamper and luxuriously soft bed linens – perfect for a romantic getaway.
The pop-up hotel will launch at Montalto x Tucks in stunning Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula from 29 March to 26 April.
Visitors can enjoy the estate’s acclaimed Sculpture Trail at their leisure before dining in one of Montalto’s two renowned hospitality spaces. The Piazza is a casual destination that centres around an abundant menu – perfect for sharing. Montalto’s Culinary Captain – noted chef Matt Wilkinson – oversees the menu in the Montalto restaurant. The ever-changing menu is based on the bounty of the Montalto estate gardens and the aquaculture of the area, together with the very best seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. No matter where you choose to sit, the view is breathtaking.
