Our Tuerong vineyard consistently delivers mid-palate breadth and a fine phenolic structure, giving the wine weight and generosity. White peach and nectarine combine with bright citrus tones of grapefruit and lemon, while the palate carries a polished and textural finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES

Whole-bunch pressed with oxidative handling and no sulphur added until bottling. The juice ferments with wild yeast in French oak barriques (26.7% new). Natural malolactic fermentation balances acidity. The wine is matured on lees for 11 months, stirred selectively, and bottled in February 2025.
