Our most revered Chardonnay site, renowned for its purity, precision, and poise. Vibrant citrus (lemon, lime, and grapefruit) intert wines with mineral notes of wet stone and savoury hints of seashell and sage. Subtle white florals give way to a creamy, textural finish layered with brioche and crème brûlée. A wine of exemplary character.

WINEMAKING NOTES

Whole bunched pressed and transferred directly to French oak barriques (27.3% new) with some suspended solids. Wild yeast fermentation. 100% Malolactic fermentation. Eleven months barrel maturation prior to blending and bottling in February 2025.
