Mornington
A blend of 90% from the Tuerong subregion at the northern end of the Peninsula and the balance sourced from the south facing slope at our home vineyard in Red Hill.
Intense aromas of ripe Nashi pear and green apple combine on the nose with white florals, talc, bees wax and shertbet. Classic varietal Gris flavours of green apple and lemon dominate the textural palate, supported by ground spices, limestone and saltbush.
