A celebration of citrus abundance from our Red Hill estate. Freshly squeezed orange and the sweet tang of mandarin form the heart of this vibrant small-batch gin. The piney lift of juniper is gently supported by Meyer lemon and lemon myrtle, while Thai lime and cardamom weave warmth and spice through the palate. Estate-grown hibiscus rosella brings balance, brightness and a subtle blush.

Every batch begins in our gardens, where our team hand-picks estate-grown botanicals at their seasonal best. From there, the Montalto and Bass & Flinders teams come together for a hands-on masterclass at the distillery, blending traditional distilling craft with the distinctive flavours of the Mornington Peninsula.
