A complex nose with layers of musk stick, sherbet, raspberries, pomegranate. The structured palate includes the expected strawberries and cream flavours along with some subtle watermelon and clementine. The fruit is supported by spice, a savoury finish and a vibrant lemon acidity.
A restrained yet complex wine. The nose is dominated by red fruits like cranberry and wild raspberry along with Pink Lady apple and summer pudding. The palate boasts white fleshed peach, mandarin and raspberry complemented by a character reminiscent of dustings of icing sugar. The limestone minerality combines seamlessly with quenching citrus acidity. A Rosé of nuance, structure and length.
A lace-like thread of bright red fruit flavours, notably strawberry and red cherry sherbet combine with some apple and rhubarb notes and a whiff of talc. The palate is creamy and effortless along a gentle bead of froth and bright crunchy acidity.
