From Saturday 1st June 2024 throughout winter, we’re hosting Twilight Dinners every Saturday evening from 5.30pm.
Enjoy the crisp winter air from the warmth of The Restaurant, as you watch the sunset over the vines – beautifully bare, but with the promise of incredible spring growth and abundance to come.
Our ever-changing winter menus will showcase the very best estate-grown produce – harvested that day - alongside ingredients sourced from across the Mornington Peninsula.
As it sits atop the estate, The Restaurant glows in the evenings, making for an extraordinary moment out of the ordinary as you enjoy our award-winning wines whilst the stars start to appear overhead.
