Mornington Peninsula
Quartz color with green hues, with a core of tangy citrus fruit including lemons, limes and grapefruit. Add to this a fusion of ginger, white florals, white peach, wet river stone, hazelnut praline and brioche aromas. There is subtle oak influence with hints of struck match and chalky minerality finishing with a creamy mouthfeel from both oak handling and lees work. An in indulgent yet refined wine of crystalline precision.
