Promotion Period:

Opens 2 July 2026 at 12:00am (AEST) and closes 31 July 2026 at 11:59pm (AEST).

Eligibility:

Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Montalto Vineyard & Olive Grove and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Proof of age and residency may be requested prior to a prize being awarded.

How to Enter:

Entrants must complete the mandatory social media step plus at least one of the following entry methods to hold a valid entry.

Mandatory Step (required for all entrants):

Follow @montaltovineyard on Instagram, tag a friend in the official giveaway post, and repost the giveaway post to your Instagram story. Completion of this step is required for any entry to be valid. Entries that do not include this step will be disqualified.

Entry Method A:

Book and fulfil the Montalto Piazza $99 Lunch for Two during the promotion period. Bookings must be made via SevenRooms. Cancellations and no-shows do not constitute a valid entry. Completion of this method, in addition to the mandatory social media step, earns one entry into the draw.

Entry Method B:

Spend a minimum of $99 in a single in-store transaction at the Montalto Cellar Door during the promotion period. Purchases must be made in person at the Cellar Door. Online orders do not qualify. At the time of purchase, entrants must provide their email address and consent to joining the Montalto mailing list. Finance will compile the Cellar Door entrant list from qualifying in-store transactions where a customer email has been recorded. No email address provided at time of purchase means no valid entry. Completion of this method, in addition to the mandatory social media step, earns one entry into the draw.

Entrants who complete the mandatory social media step plus both Entry Method A and Entry Method B will receive three entries into the draw. A maximum of three entries per person applies.

Prizes:

1st place: 52 bottles of Montalto wine (one bottle per week for a year), with a total value of $3,011 AUD, plus Montalto Wine Club membership perks for a period of one year. The prize comprises the following wines at non-member list prices:

2nd place: One 6-pack of Montalto wine.

3rd place: One $99 Montalto Piazza dining voucher.

Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. Wine prizes will only be fulfilled to recipients who can confirm they are aged 18 years and over at the time of delivery. Montalto reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the nominated prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection:

Three winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries following the close of the promotion period. The draw will take place on or around 5 August 2026 at the offices of the Promoter.

Winner Notification:

Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message and/or the email address provided at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place.

Prize Delivery:

Wine prizes will be delivered to a valid Australian residential or business address nominated by the winner. Montalto reserves the right to request proof of age prior to delivery or collection.

Privacy:

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used solely to administer the promotion, contact and notify winners, and arrange prize delivery. Email addresses collected at the Cellar Door will also be used to add entrants to the Montalto mailing list, to which entrants consent by entering via this method. Information will not be shared with third parties without the express consent of the individual, except where required by law. By entering, participants consent to Montalto using their Instagram handle or name for promotional purposes in connection with winner announcements.

Disqualification:

Montalto reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions, tampers with or interferes with the entry process, or provides false or misleading information. Montalto's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
