It’s time again for our annual Rosé releases, and this year we’re marking the occasion with a new and innovative wine + a host of onsite events!
In addition to the latest NV Sparkling Rosé and Pennon Hill Rosé, this weekend we’re unveiling the inaugural Montalto Estate Rosé.
To toast this release, we’ll be pouring the Rosé range by the glass in both The Piazza and The Restaurant alongside dishes specifically designed to match these food friendly wines.

Over in The Cellar Door, there'll be a one-off chance to take a forensic investigation into the making of our Rosés.
We’ll be holding a Deconstructing Rosé Masterclass - an unmissable opportunity to explore the building blocks of our Rosé range. Visitors to Montalto will be able to compare the vinification techniques of tank fermented wine, carbonic maceration and our latest innovation Juice Stabulation (read more here) - the method behind the new Montalto Estate Rosé. These will all be shown alongside our finished Rosé wines.
We’ve also bottled 10 x 2022 Pennon Hill Rose magnums for the occasion, only available for purchase on the day via The Cellar Door. We’ve even put one aside as a giveaway for a lucky visitor. Just buy any 6-pack of wine in The Cellar Door this weekend to go into the draw to win! (Value: $80)
