A brand new opportunity for a full time Marketing Manager is available at Montalto on the Mornington Peninsula.
You will be an experienced all-rounder ready to jump into our established, dynamic and growing wine, tourism and hospitality business.
You will be responsible for the brand, marketing and communications strategy and implementation in line with our business goals.
You will be the right cultural fit for our family business, which operates on the principles of being real, rigorous and respectful in all that we do. In our relatively flat structure you will be empowered to influence outcomes, will work closely with our positive and supportive management team and report to a Marketing Committee including family business owners. You will also be ‘hands on’ as it relates to implementation, with staff support.
Responsibilities will include:
Development and implementation of a marketing plan and budget
Marketing activity and event calendar across brands, consumer, trade, media
Communications – digital and social media strategy, PR, EDM and print newsletter
Website development and management
Printed brand collateral and promotional material
Advertising
Market research and trend forecasting
Job Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in a marketing and/or related discipline
Previous experience in a similar role
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
The ability to prioritise competing needs and tasks
Excellent written and oral communication skills
