On Monday 10th June, please join us for a very special guided tasting in our elevated Wine Room before a seasonal 3-course lunch (including matched Museum Release wines) in the Montalto Private Dining Room.
After an incredible year on the 2018 Australian Wine Show circuit, with our 2017 Single Vineyard wines capturing 10 trophies and 15 gold medals, this release has been highly anticipated. On the day, we’ll be tasting the following extraordinary releases:
The Eleven and Tuerong Block Chardonnay 2017
Main Ridge, Red Hill, Tuerong Block and Merricks Block Pinot Noir 2017
We have a unique position of sourcing our Single Vineyards from four very different altitudes and soil types on the Mornington Peninsula which are reflected in these incredible wines.
After the tasting, we’ll move into the Montalto Private Dining Room for a 3-course lunch hosted by Anthony Jones (Montalto General Manager). Lunch includes a section of Museum Release Wines which are also available in limited quantities for purchase on the day.
Following lunch, we invite you to enjoy a self-guided tour of the Montalto Sculpture Trail with a glass of Pinot Noir in hand. Sculpture is an integral part of life at Montalto and a highlight of any visit to the estate. Our Sculpture Trail winds its way through the property and our beautiful natural gallery provides diverse settings for our pieces.
