Join Anthony Jones (Director of Wine) along with Simon Black (Montalto Winemaker) in conversation with Ed Merrison (noted writer and journalist) to launch our 2018 Single Vineyard wines in the warmth of the Montalto restaurant.
Our Single Vineyard wines are produced from a handful of sites across the Mornington Peninsula, each with its own characteristics, driven by the individual microclimates of the Peninsula. The resulting wines offer a true reflection of the expression of each site under the expert hand of our award-winning winemaking team.
Our Culinary Captain, Matt Wilkinson, has designed an incredible 4-course menu based on the bounty of the Montalto estate gardens and the aquaculture of the area, together with the very best seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. The menu has been expertly paired with Single Vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
We will also be launching our exciting new collaboration with Red Hill Cheese: Montalto Rosé washed rind goats cheese. We’d love for you to be the first to taste this outstanding brie-style cheese.
