Pinot Gris has a long history of excellence on the Mornington Peninsula. What is perhaps most notable about our 2023 vintage is the structure and framework that corrals the fruit weight - a generous yet superbly balanced wine.
A highly aromatic and expressive nose of Turkish delight, lychee, musk and rosewater. On the palate the wine is generous and juicy with classic Pinot Gris fruits of baked pear and apple combining with a savory chicken stock character. A Gris of generosity, flesh and structure.
