For the last three years, we’ve collaborated with one of our local heroes here on the Peninsula - Bass & Flinders Distillery - to create our very popular small batch gins. We’re thrilled to release our extremely limited-edition Apple & Blackberry Crumble gin - perfect for winter!
Distilled in collaboration with Bass & Flinders, our Apple & Blackberry Crumble gin showcases heirloom apple varieties, along with wild blackberries, all grown on our estate at Montalto in Red Hill.
Montalto is a family-owned estate where produce is grown, shared and celebrated. Bass & Finders is an award-winning distillery located approximately 9km from Montalto. This gin has been handcrafted using Bass & Flinders’ Methode Eau de Vie – the art of distilling wine into spirit – delivering a smoother, fuller, richer flavour.
We definitely recommend our Apple & Blackberry Crumble in a simple, refreshing gin and tonic so you can really taste the distinctive flavours of the Montalto estate. But really, it’s the perfect gin for anytime, any way you like it.
