• Rosé - strawberry, red cherry, orange zest, pink marshmallow, balanced with spice and savouriness. The palate has generous fruit weight with some mineral complexity and a savoury finish. Chill it and smash it!Perfect food match: salt and pepper squid.
• Pinot Noir - purity in spades, this is everything a Pinot should be. Red cherries, Chinotto, blue fruits, earth, and forest floor. Everything on the nose translates to the palate.
