- Update your delivery address

- Payment details (including updating expired credit cards)

- Update your wine selections 

- Switch between different packs and/or frequency of delivery

- Access and view your membership benefits

- Skip a delivery or set a new delivery date
- Cancel your subscription

- View orders and invoices

Yes, you can update your wines at any point via your account portal, up to 1 day prior to your order being processed. Alternatively, call us on +61 (03) 5989 8412 and our team will be able to assist.

Yes, you can update the frequency of your deliveries by switching subscription plans. For older members this can be done via the account portal however, for members that signed up after 5/10/2023, you will need to cancel your existing wine club subscription and re-signup to your desired wine club/frequency.

Discounts are based on the number of bottles and/or frequency of your deliveries.

  • - Receive 6 bottles every 3 months – 15% Discount on Wine Club wines as well as all other online/in-store purchases.
  • - Receive 12 bottles every 6 months – 15% Discount on Wine Club wines as well as all other online/in-store purchases.
  • - Receive 12 bottles every 3 months – 20% Discount on Wine Club wines as well as all other online/in-store purchases.
  • - Receive 12 bottles every 6 months – 20% Discount on Wine Club wines as well as all other online/in-store purchases.

Before you head to our online store, login to your Wine Club account here. Once logged in, you will find a discount code and a free shipping code on the homepage of your account portal. Copy and paste these codes in separately, at checkout. When in-store you will need to confirm your membership with the Cellar Door staff and they will apply your discount.

Yes, discounts are directly tied to the club/tier that you are subscribed to.

No. We use Shopify Payments gateway as well as an SSL certificate to protect your privacy. We are able to update your payment method/credit card details, but once saved they are tokenised and no longer accessible.
