We love food at Montalto, we love growing it and we love making it.

We have such a magical, fertile site for growing, it makes sense to make the best use of it that we can.

Our Estate to plate philosophy is this. If we can grow it and use it onsite, we will.  That means produce for our kitchen to use in the restaurant, piazza or picnics, for our pantry range, seeds for you to take home.  It means food doesn’t travel long distances and is wonderfully fresh.

If we can’t grow it onsite, we source as much as we can locally, seasonally, through sustainable and ethical production.

We want to share with you a truly memorable dining experience, with the common thread of the honouring of exceptional produce in a beautiful environment.   Join us for a la carte dining in our Restaurant, casual dining in our Piazza and Garden Café and private, catered picnics at selected locations.
