From here, you'll visit our breathtaking Alto wine room with panoramic views across the gardens and estate, to experience a guided, structured wine tasting of Montalto's flagship Single Vineyard wines. Finally, experience Montalto’s estate to plate philosophy in action, with a stunning 5-course lunch with matched wines in Montalto Restaurant. Montalto Restaurant is the highlight of any visit to Montalto estate. We are a 16 times Good Food Chef-hatted since opening in 2002 and offer a warm and relaxing dining experience with seasonal local and estate-grown produce, cooked on our wood-fire grill. After lunch, you are welcome to continue your exploration of the property, with a self-guided tour of the estate’s natural wetlands and extensive permanent sculpture exhibition.
