Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Produced from a carefully selected blend of olives from our property and selected Mornington Peninsula sites, includes: Koroneiki, Correggiola and Frantoio olives. The flavours are rich, buttery and soft, with a fresh grassiness. This oil is best used raw,to preserve its fresh flavours. Serve with crusty bread, as a salad dressing with balsamic vinegar, or drizzle over hot soup.
