About Montalto Cuvée One Montalto Estate Cuvee One 2015 has a generous mouthfeel and richness with a darker, more golden colour profile. There’s lots of creamy autolysis mixed with toast and honey, citrus and stone fruit, together with some marzipan flavours. A deliciously more-ish dry sparkling wine to enjoy as an aperitif and for all your celebrations.   About Pennon Hill Sparkling Rosé An early drinking style sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir harvested from aromatic clones at our Tuerong Vineyard. Bright and energetic, this wine is a perfect aperitif and generous enough to accompany a host of foods including, prawns and shellfish, smoked salmon, caviar, fried calamari, oysters and brie-style cheeses to name a few.

"This is a purpose-built rosé made from selected parcels of fruit and specific vinification techniques using 100% pinot noir. 74% of the fruit comes from our Tuerong vineyard, with the balance hailing from our Red Hill vineyard. 54% of the blend undergoes carbonic maceration for two weeks before being pressed. 46% of the blend is whole bunch pressed directly to stainless steel for cold settling followed by racking and fermentation with cultured yeast. 55% is fermented in old French oak utilising wild yeast, with the balance being fermented in stainless steel." Winner of three trophies at the 2019 Victoria Wine Show - Trophy Wine of Show, Trophy White Wine, & Trophy Chardonnay

The previous vintage of this exciting wine won 2018 Best Chardonnay at the Mornington Peninsula Vignerons Association Wine Show, and the pedigree of this wine continues, winning three trophies at the 2019 Victoria Wine Awards, including "Best Wine in Show". Lemon and Lime sherbet, white peach, chalk and slate, apple blossom, together with some roasted almonds and hazelnuts. There’s some brioche and gentle oak aromas just to round out the package. Juicy nectarine and peach flavours are supported by quenching acidity, together with a mineral lick and generous texture from the lees work.
