Our Pennon Hill Moscato offers aromas of rose petals and freshly crushed grapes; flavours of Turkish delight and strawberries and a refreshing spritz that playfully surprises the palate.

Pennon Hill Sparkling Rosé is made from 100% pinot noir grapes. This lightly sparkling Méthode Traditionelle wine shows generous fruit flavours of strawberry and cream, crisp acidity and impeccable length. Perfect for summer drinking.
Montalto Pennon Hill Rosé is a vibrant strawberry red in colour. Bright red fruits including strawberry, raspberry and cherry sherbet combine with a lick of watermelon and some lovely floral and spice qualities.
Saturating red fruits carry onto the textured and silken palate. The palate is generous, with lovely creamy qualities balanced by fresh natural acidity and a savoury long finish. A tremendous food wine.

Montalto Pennon Hill Pinot Noir 2017 offers red and blue fruits including red currants, blueberry, sour cherry, cranberry and a hint of wild raspberry combine with florals, dried herb, spice, and earthy forest-floor qualities.
On the palate, the generous, juicy red fruits of our Pennon Hill Pinot Noir 2017 meld with bramble and earth, whilst fresh acidity provides verve and a moreish drinkability to the wine.

Pennon Hill Sauvignon Blanc offers classic aromas of passionfruit, cut grass, gooseberry and guava combine with nuances of talc, flint, slate and a little gun smoke.
The barrel ferment component, together with lees work make for a generous and textured mouthfeel supported by fruit purity and bright natural acidity - a perfect summer wine to be enjoyed with a wide range of foods.

It's always hard to go past our best-selling white, the Pennon Hill Pinot Grigio. Crafted to reflect the grigio style made famous by the Italians, our Pennon Hill Pinot Grigio is sourced from a selection of the best fruit from our sites across the Mornington Peninsula.
Made from early-picked fruit, it's fermented at cool temperatures to preserve the fresh, delicate flavours and aromas. Crack open a bottle and you'll devour a wine resplendent with hints of Granny Smith apple and nashi pear, with some mineral notes of slate and flint, and creamy lees aromas.
With a crisp, clean finish, it's no surprise that Pennon Hill Pinot Grigio is one of our most popular wines.

Lemon and lime sherbet, nashi pear, ripe nectarine, chalk and slate notes combine with some roasted hazelnuts aromas. There’s some stuck match, brioche and gentle oak aromas just to round out the package.
Juicy nectarine and peach flavours are supported by tangy acidity, together with a mineral lick and generous texture from the lees work, skin contact and oak handling giving richness and balance. This is a delicious chardonnay with hallmark Montalto qualities exhibiting great varietal definition and regional expression.
Tempranillo is a cracking medium-bodied and diverse food-pairing wine with a wonderful flavour profile to match.
Our 2017 vintage is deliciously savoury. Mineral and steely notes combine with mulberry, raspberry, cherry, blood plum and leaf litter together with faint nuances of tar and leather. There’s a rustic earthiness and a whisper of French oak in the background.
On the palate, there’s plenty of juicy fruit to greet you and abundant plush tannins to carry the fruit. The initial blast of fruit sweetness slowly subsides to be replaced with a long and savoury finish.

Montalto Pennon Hill Shiraz bursts with sweet primary fruit aromas of raspberries, blueberries and plums and a complex array of fragrances including liquorice, black olives, pepper, nutmeg and cloves.
Juicy red fruits merge with some meaty, savoury and spicy notes and are well supported by the gentle French oak. The tannins in our Pennon Hill Shiraz are youthful and fine and the palate has a rich and balanced presence with a moreish acidity providing drive and length.
The unmistakable sauvignon blanc aromas of passionfruit and lychee combine with mixed peel and marzipan, together with some faint grassy notes. Perfectly layered, there is an immense concentration of fruit, with spicy warmth and fresh, natural acidity.
