Wine Shipping & Returns Policy
You must not order or purchase goods from us:
If you are aged under 18;
for re-sale purposes (all goods must be purchased for personal use)
Upon approval of your payment, we will ship ordered goods to your nominated street address within 2-10 working days, depending on where in Australia it is being shipped to.
If goods are damaged in transit, we will arrange collection of damaged goods and replace them at our cost.
If for some reason goods are not available, we will notify you within two working days and, where possible, offer you an alternative vintage or product. If you do not wish to purchase this alternative, we will refund your payment.

If the goods are faulty, not of merchantable quality, defective or not fit for their purpose, we will arrange for their collection and will either replace the goods or provide a full refund, at your choice. If you change your mind once you receive the goods, you may, within 7 days, return them to us at your cost and we will send you alternative goods (selected by you) to the same value (minus the value of any consumed goods and the additional freight to re-send the goods).
Gift Certificate Policy:
Certificates must be redeemed by the expiry date.
Certificates will be deemed void if notice of cancellation of a booking is not received at least 24 hours prior to the reservation, or the holder of the certificate fails to arrive at the reservation.
Certificates may not be redeemed for cash.
Certificates are transferable and can be redeemed for any purchase on the estate – in Cellar Door, Piazza or Restaurant.
All vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
Expired certificates hold no value and cannot be extended.
Certificates are not refundable.

Items are sent via Standard Shipping with Australia Post unless otherwise selected.
All voucher purchases receive a digital copy of the voucher.
Wine Club Terms & Conditions
By signing up to the Montalto/Alto Wine Club, members agree and consent to have their nominated payment method automatically charged on the quarterly, bi-annual, or annual anniversary of their first order, unless a date change or cancellation has occurred.
Montalto reserves the right to update a member's wine selections at any point. This will only be undertaken when absolutely necessary and all impacted members will be notified.
Members have the ability to skip up to 3 consecutive orders, further skipping will automatically cancel a subscription. Membership privileges are retained when an order is skipped.
To pause or cancel a wine club subscription, visit your account portal or contact club@montalto.com.au. Pausing or cancelling a subscription will forfeit all privileges associated with being a wine club member, such as member discounts, complimentary offers, and exclusive wine offers.
